Data we collect
An appointment request collects your name, phone number, selected time, language and request status. We do not request diagnoses or medical records.
How we use it
Details are used to arrange appointments and contact you to confirm or reschedule. Only the doctor and authorized staff can access them.
Storage and protection
Supabase provides data storage and authentication; Cloudflare runs the website and protects against automated requests. Verification data is processed through Cloudflare Turnstile. A hashed network address is temporarily stored to limit abuse.
Preferences and your rights
Language and theme preferences are stored locally on your device. Administration uses secure session cookies. No advertising or marketing analytics are used. Contact the clinic to request access, correction or deletion of your data.
Retention
Appointment requests are retained for 90 days after the appointment, then deleted by scheduled database maintenance. Protection records are temporary. Administration audit records do not contain names or phone numbers.
